1.          One entry per order, per month, per registered customer.

2.          Contest limited to USA residents.

3.          Entry is limited to current month\\'s contest only. A purchase within subsequent contest month is required for entry into subsequent monthly contests.

4.          There will be a yearly grand prize drawing for a prize, to be determined later, with a retail value not to exceed $100. All prior entries (winning and non-winning) will be eligible for, and re-entered into, the Grand prize drawing in December of 2008, with the exception of any disqualified entries. (Official date to be announced)

5.          Offer void where prohibited. Any person who is an employee, officer, or director of GiftzNGadgetz or RCIS Designs LLC; or is directly connected with the management of the contest, the contest computer systems, or the contest security systems and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) is not eligible. This contest is void in countries and jurisdictions other than the United States. This contest is also void in any jurisdiction where prohibited.

6.          Participation in the contest constitutes the entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules including the agreement that all the decisions of GiftzNGadgetz are final and binding in all respects on all entrants. Winning a prize is contingent upon entrant fulfilling all requirements set forth in these official rules.

7.          Must be 18 years of age or older to win.

8.          Winners are selected at random.

9.          Participants agree

a.    that GiftzNGadgetz, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion companies, insurers, underwriters, resource and computer servicing companies and security agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively referred to as “GiftzNGadgetz, its affiliates and personnel”) are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants, entrants and winners against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, loss, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this contest or any Sweepstakes related or travel related activities, and

b.    each winner grants permission to GiftzNGadgetz and those acting under its authority the right to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, in perpetuity, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet, World Wide Web and other media (except where such usage is legally prohibited), without notice, review or approval. Each potential winner  may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, where lawful a Publicity Release, and provide GiftzNGadgetz with a true copy of a government issued photo identification, for example valid drivers license or passport, within thirty (30) days of date of notification. If documents are not returned timely, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited.

11.     Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

a.    Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

b.    Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs directly associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and

c.     Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and for any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

12.     GiftzNGadgetz reserves the right to suspend, modify, alter or terminate the Promotion if any federal or state law, rule or regulation, or any judicial decision or Attorney General Opinion, or any change in any current enforcement policy affects the legality of the Promotion, in whole or in part.

13.     For the name(s) of the winner(s), print your name and complete address on a self-addressed first class stamped envelope and mail to: GiftzNGadgetz winners list, P.O. Box 74761 Romulus, MI 48174.

14.     Winners will be notified by mail. Notice will be delivered and deemed made in accordance with the contact information provided to GiftzNGadgetz customer when the customer registered as a GiftzNGadgetz customer, or the customer has changed any contact information in accordance with the instructions on the Web site

15.     Odds of winning depend on number of entries received in a given entry period.

16.     All taxes on prizes, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the winner to pay, and prizes will be reported as required by law, rule or regulation.
